The platform Design Canvas

Based on the Business Model Canvas designed by Alexander Osterwalder, the Platform Design Canvas enables to design businesses as platforms for value creation.

It’s evolution, called The Platform Design Toolkit, has been presented and successfully used to run engaging and inspiring workshop all across Europe: Barcelona, Paris, Rome, Milan and more. The toolkit is suitable to innovate both startup and consolidated businesses and is currently used by several organizations worldwide to design future strategies.
